They really know their job. They have a good selection of headphones, amplifiers, big screens, projectors and so forth. They have their own technician too who is really good. He is one of the owners. He works on my equipment. They are reasonably priced, and if we are a regular customer we can get discounts too. The store is okay and the salespeople are knowledgeable. When my dad passed away I used to hang out at their store, and they used to let me stay there for hours on end. They come out and do the installation of whatever we buy from there. There is a person to whom they subcontract the work. He is very good at installation of low end as well as high end products. They can even handle a $200,000 installation. They have got two salespeople plus two owners. They are just good people who do not rip us off or try to be pushy. They stock enough brands too. If we have a credit card and want to take an amplifier home to try it out we can fill out the paperwork and they would put it on our credit card without charging it. We would have around three days to try it out at home. We can bring back the product and they would take it off our credit card. We can decide if we want to buy it or not. If we want something we can literally hook it up to the speakers or to our system at home to see if it works there. They don?t have everything that big stores do, but they stock around five different manufacturers of speakers. I consider them a million times better than the others.
