Free Flo Rooter

Draft review: My drainage was all backed up so I called Free flow rooter on Yelp. Josh arrived as time promised and his crew started running a rooter on the whole house cleanout pipe. After a few attempts , finally Josh and his crew were able to run through the blockage and ran a camera in the drain and discovered due to some cracks , tree roots were growing inside the sewer line. So I hired his company on a spot repair. They dug a hole 6-7 feet deep and replaced the cracked clay pipe. They worked fast and efficient. Within a few hours , they finished the job. Josh and his crew seem quite knowledgeable and reliable throughout the work. I’d certainly be confident to recommend him to anyone.

My drain was clogged and I started shopping around looking for estimates. I was very pleased with this company and will use them again. Free Flo Rooter has great customer service and they were able to fix my drain issue. The process was simple and the staff is very professional. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Great! First I talked to Ben and got an estimate from him - he's friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Then Josh came out and did the work right as scheduled, removing our old water heater and installing a new one. The price was great and everyone was professional and obviously great at their job. Unlike the other estimate I got, there was no price creep - the estimate is what I paid

The person I had expected Ruben(?) was delayed by his prior job, so Josh was sent. He quickly rootered the shower drain, clearing it. At about this point Ruben, the more experienced person, arrived. He was unable to replace a part in the kitchen faucet because the handle was corroded. Ruben said I should order a new handle in addition to the part I had already ordered. I was happy that the drain was clear and for the advise regarding the faucet, but felt $140. for the 10 min. rootering of the shower drain was high.

After having a different company out the day before, who despite using a hydro-jet were unable to clear the blockage, I called Free Flo. They were very responsive, told me they know of the other company and the problem was their hydro-jet was low powered. Free Flo showed when promised, cleared the drain with their much more powerful hydro-jet in about 2 minutes (not including setup time), were very professional, and charged a very reasonable fee. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Ben came to fix my drying machine which was leaking some sort of gas. He explained everything he was doing as he changed the tubing and connections and answered all our questions. We even had to call a month later when we started having problems with the drying machine again. He came out to the house the same day we called. He was professional and did an excellent job! Twice!

Ben from the Pasadena location showed up promptly and checked out both our tankless water heater as well as our kitchen sink/pipes. He worked quickly and was honest and reasonable with fees. Within 20 minutes, our hot water was working again and our kitchen sink water pressure was back to normal! I would absolutely call him again for my pluming and rooter needs! Thanks Ben!! They did a repair for a fraction of the price compared to other estimates did a excellent job very friendly will recommend them to everyone!

They showed up on time, gave me a fair price, came out on a Friday on the same day I called, because I had dinner guests that night. Finished the work before guests came over with the bathroom being left clean and ready to go. Price was really fair. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Terrible. We were under the gun to get the house ready for sale. The contractor knew about that. Anyway, it was supposed to be fixed one way and then another and then another more expensive repair was required costing over $3000 total. For me the killer was that there had been a grating over one of the drains before the job which was not in place by the end of the job. I called them two times to remind them to put a grating on that and they never did. When I sold my home, there was another ding by the building inspector for the lack of a cover for that drain. They were also sloppy in the concrete work they did, slopping some concrete on the solid wood siding of the house. Your mileage may vary but I would never go near these guys again.

Excellent customer service from Ben and Ruben who have knowledge of their business and provide the customer clear rationale for each aspect of job. They have powerful equipment that gets the job done quickly and they showed before and after images via camera monitor.
