After installation of whole house gutter system, they would not come back to fix problems left behind. Extremely non-responsive. During first rain season, he came back to fix one issue with the down spout and promised to come back for the other issues, but did not. Several messages were left and no call back. All phone numbers lead to the same message center and no calls are answered which is sketchy for a business. I feel that they made off with the money. I have to now repair their mistakes myself or most likely hire another company to fix it.

I called Scott Brooks, the owner, and told him the situation. He had his team , the next day, to my house and the system is back in shape, ready for the rainy season. I offered to pay, but he stood behind the work (done 3 years before, by him). I appreciated the prompt response and courtesy.

Arrived per set date and time to look a job and discuss what needed to be done. Was promised a written estimate within a week. After one week no estimate for work was received. Contacted company and inquired about bid, was assured that bid would be forth coming. When bid was received, after a third call it did not list work to be performed.

Fisher Raingutter completed the job on time and did a wonderful job (excellent).

I highly, HIGHLY, discourage anyone from doing business with this guy. I had called to request an estimate and coordinate scheduling on when I could be on site and we made an appointment for Friday morning. Thursday afternoon, the day before, I get a call from my wife at home who says there's some stranger there unannounced who says he's there to do an estimate. I thought maybe there was a scheduling mix-up which happens but when I talked to him he said 'oh yeah I have you down for tomorrow but I was in the area and thought I'd do it now.' I was pretty ticked off given that he freaked out my wife by trespassing on our property but gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him to go ahead with the estimate. The estimate was ok so I called his office and let them know I wanted to proceed with the work and to contact me to schedule a time. Six weeks go by and I don't hear anything. Then suddenly one morning my wife calls me saying there's some guy there who says he's going to be doing the work. I couldn't believe it! Not only is this unacceptably unprofessional -- it could be dangerous! I talked to the owner Scott who said this how they always do it, they just show up when they feel like it. I strongly suggest you go with a more reputable and professional company.

As outlined above, our gutters work like new and we did not have to replace them. We found the company to be very fair and thorough.

We called for an estimate for some raingutters and they said they would be out between 1:00 and 2:00. We ran some errands and got home at 12:30 to find that they had already been there and gave us a written estimate on gutter cleaning and repair, but we never discussed what we wanted done. We called at 12:30 and talked to the secretary and told her we needed to talk to someone in person about what we wanted done and she said she would pass on the message. No one ever called us back. It could have been a potentially large job for them had they known we wanted our entire gutters replaced, but I guess they dropped the ball on this one.

I wish I could comment as to the quality of work performed but I wasn't even able to get anyone to come out. Not once but twice over a period of three weeks I had an appointment scheduled to get an estimate to clean/repair my house's gutters and install metal grate covers. The first time no one showed up nor called to let me know they needed to reschedule. Fine, I'll give anyone the benefit of the doubt once because things do happen. I waited a few days expecting an apologetic call to reschedule but when I didn't hear anything I called myself and setup another appointment. Surprise! The appointed time came and went without anyone showing up or calling to cancel. There was never a follow-up contact after that and needless to say I didn't try for a third time as too much of my valuable time had already been wasted. Don't waste your time with these guys like I did.

Scott arrived on schedule for our appointment. We had a particularly challenging area outside our home, with a trellis that prevented an easy installation, and in fact several gutter companies had told me it would not be possible. He came up a solution, and even noted another area of our home which had been a trouble spot, realized the roofing had been done wrong, and suggested taking the tiles down so that gutters could be installed there as well! We were leaving town for a week and I wanted to make sure I was home for installation. Fisher Gutters was happily able to accomodate this. The workmen arrived on time, were extremely professional, and asked questions whenever they had the slightest doubt about what we wanted. The work was done quickly, and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. I asked them to test them before they left, which they did, and and Jorge found that the gutters in front could be improved by adding flashing, which he went straight to work adding. The gutters looked fabulous, and Jorge made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left.

The job was done well. The owner (Scott) was good. The best thing to do is get a sketch of the downspout positions (number and color) beforehand .

This was the best investment I've made in my house. The estimate was on par with the per-foot + per downspout price quoted by other rain-gutter installation companies. Both the estimator and the workmen showed up on time on the scheduled day. On installation day, the workmen showed up with a large paneled truck with the Fisher Raingutter logo on the side. The truck contained a large roll of aluminum in the color that I had chosen. They extruded the raingutters on the spot from the back of the truck. The gutters were installed using aluminum sleeves inserted underneath the shingles, then nails were applied through the shingles and the sleeves. They were careful to bend the gutter bottoms appropriately so that water would flow toward the downspout locations. After installing the downspouts, they tested the new gutters with water from a garden hose to verify proper flow. After these gutters were installed, the amount of ground water that collected in my California basement during the rainy season went from several inches to almost nothing. For elimination of that problem alone, it was well worth the price. I definitely plan to hire this company again the next time I have my house re-roofed.

The owner Scott was on time for our appointment for an estimate. He explained my choices of replacement gutters (aluminum, steel, etc.)the pros and cons of each, and provided an extensive choice of colors to match my existing house colors. The gutters were replaced when scheduled, and clean up was excellent.

THEY SET THE APPOINTMENT AT 8:30 AM AND THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME. I DID HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT FOUR MONTHS BEFORE THEY COULD START THE WORK, BUT IT WAS DUE TO ALL THE RAIN WE HAD IN THE AREA. THEY PERFORMED A LOT OF WORK THROUGHOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB WITH EVERYBODY. THATS WHY I HIRED THEM TO PUT GUTTERS ON MY HOUSE.

GOOD. I CALLED, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND LOOKED AT THE JOB. GAVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. I CALLED BACK AND THEY CAME PUT IN THE GUTTERS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
