+ -1 moreMr. Mazur was very prompt responding to my inquiry for an estimate. His crew was there on time and cleaned up after themselves. My only issue was the request for 50% payment at start of the project. We did settle for about 10%. California law states that contractors can only request the lesser of 10% or $1000 up front.
