Great, effective, friendly and informative.

Their price is excellent. My overall experience with them has been good. They're responsive, punctual and professional.

I've been satisfied so far. I just recently signed up with them so the service is fairly new with me. I have no complaints so far. They have been here for 2 months taking care of the house. I generally don't have them do the inside but they have informed me that they will do it at the same cost. They gave me a special deal and I think it is reasonable. They have checked with me frequently since I signed up to make sure that I am satisfied. I haven't had to call them for any special treatments. They have been on schedule so far.

We have monthly service with them. If we have any pests show up, then they will come out right away. They are very responsive.

They do whatever you need. They wipe down the cob webs and do a general spray for you. They remember the house and remember to change the rat bait. They were effective in getting rid of our bugs.

They are consistent with their job. They don’t really have to think about it.

I don't know if there is anyone better than them. They come on a monthly basis for the pest control. I really enjoy their service. If we have a problem, we call them and they come out. We haven't had any problem with them so far. I have been using their service for a long time and I have been satisfied with them. They do a great job.

Wanted to tent house and I wanted a small spot treatment for a small problem. Didn't want to do small treatment. The company I did use did exactly what I wanted. A SPOT TREATMENT.

They are very responsive with any issues and will send someone out to take care of the problem immediately.

We had terminates and the area that the garage door was attached to was ripped out and infested with termites. We spent about $ 300 on that service and they were wonderful. They were on time, the price was reasonable and they were very thorough. They were very courteous and professional and we would use them again anytime.

The person who did the termite treatment was one Mr. James and he was super friendly and helpful. He did some extra things for me around the house that was really good. He did some maintenance work to close up some vents in my house.

He showed up when he said he would. He probed several places exposing termite infestation and probed some places that were not infested. A complete report of all damage was made.

You can tell the people who work for them have done so for years and do a really good job.

The man who came out to give me an estimate was very knowledgeable and professional. I decided to hire the company, and the next day someone was here to perform the work. So far, so good.

I HAD SOME TROUBLE GETTING HOLD OF THE RIGHT BRANCH OF DEWEY FOR MY AREA BECAUSE THERE ARE SEVERAL IN LA. I ALSO HAD TROUBLE GETTING THE TECHNICIAN OUT TO MY APARTMENT, AND HAD TO CALL TWICE. ONCE HE CAME OUT HE WAS GREAT. HE GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE AND GOT RID OF THE PESTS. HE SET ME UP ON A REGULAR SERVICE AND I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.
