Dewey Pest Control

I am and have been on auto pay for many years with dewey at my current address as well as old addresses. Dewey messed up and applied part of my auto pay to an old account that should not have had a balance. From that point on dewey would state that I was behind in my payments. Somehow even when I would make extra payments they would still show me behind. I have talked to them several times with the most recent one being a little over a month ago. They had stated they would fix the issue and get back to me only for them to tell me once again this month I was behind. I requested to close my account due to these problems which they cared less about and they ended up charging me what I was supposedly behind which isnt accurate

It was really inexpensive. We were very happy with them. They did a professional job. They told us what to expect and what to get out of the house. They were quick, efficient and they cleaned up. We definitely would use them again.

They come every month and have been using them from the last 12 years. They do a good job. Their representatives are very personable. They always call and let us know when they are coming to know if I have any questions or issues. They come when they say they are going to come.

They sprayed around the perimeter, the roofline and in the garage. They also tried to remove a hornet’s nest. We requested that they put some netting around some open vents and remove some black widows. I think they did it about 70% well. I mean that they removed the hornets nest, the black widows, sprayed around the perimeter and the roof line, and put netting around one of the vents, however, two of the vents were still exposed and we called them and they said they would come back next week and they never came back. They also had to come back the next day after the initial spraying because they missed three hornet’s nests. They came back for that but they didn’t do the netting. We waited a week and half and we called to ask what the status was and the receptionist said they would have the person who came out call us back. We called twice and they never called us back so we cancelled our contract because we decided we did not want to deal with someone who is not going to return our calls.

We've been using Dewey for the past several years and have been very satisfied. They treat the exterior for a reasonable monthly rate, and are able to come out within 1-2 days if we need interior treatment (at no additional charge). We've also had them do termite inspections, as well as fumigation a couple of years ago. Again, prices have been very reasonable, though I don't recall the exact cost of fumigation.

I have used this company for the last three to four years. I think that they are prompt and courteous. I have had a big problem with termites and i think this company is upfront and honest.

Price was fair, work was on time, they were very respectful and answered my questions. They were successful in saving some trees close to the house. Cleaned up nicely. They were half the cost of others.

The inspector failed to do a thorough inspection on first visit. He came back for several months because the traps kept catching rats and he had no idea how they were getting in. Electricians who were working in my attic pointed out to me that two attics vents had holes in them that the exterminator had not seen. Had he done a proper inspection in the first place he would have sealed the openings and would not have had to make so many re-checks. I also wouldn't have had to have the unpleasant experience of so many dead rats in my attic and cellar. Exterminator frequently did not show up when he was scheduled and when I had notified Dewey that there were dead rats in the traps.
