The service was good i was able to get back online.

Leaving my desktop computer on while I ran some errands, I returned to find that it was dead, and I could not turn it on. After searching Angie's List on my laptop, I contacted Tony to see if he could help. Since he was only a few minutes away, I brought the tower to his shop and explained the problem. As it was approx. 4 pm on Friday afternoon, Tony initially told me it would probably be Monday morning before it would be repaired. I asked if their was any way he could do something before then, as I still had work that needed to be completed before then. He made no promises, but replied that he would look into it and call me within 2hrs. He called when he said he would, told me it was repaired, and that I could come pick it up. Tony's responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism is of the highest level, and I would not hesitate to use him again. Thanks!

It went well. My computer started acting up the same way as before and he came back to my house and corrected it within five minutes! I would use him again and recommend his service to anyone. When I called him about my problem he was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Great service.

We had a problem with our computer. It would not turn on at all. Since it has information which is very important to us, we were very upset. Anthony came to our home picked up or CPU unit and had it back to us by late afternoon on the same day. If I would have taken it to Geek squad like last time there's no telling when it would be ready or what the price would have been let alone the chance of loosing all my pictures and files that they lost last time they worked on my computer. Tony explained that if it was a switch problem it would probably be around 120.00. Which it turned out was the problem. Would use him again.

After playing phone-tag a bit, I talked to Tony about my crashed external hard drive and he told me he'd have to look at it before he could tell me what my options were. I live about 65 miles away from him so we met elsewhere and I gave him my bad external hard drive,and a good one I have, on Sat, 1-14-2012. He took it home and looked at it and let me know that he could get to the data but I might loose 2% of it. On, Mon. 1-16-2012, he called to let me know that it worked and he thought all the data was saved. On Tues, 1-17-2012, I drove to his place and picked up my drives, with the data from my bad SimpleTech external hard drive all transferred onto my good "My Passport" external drive. He told me it would be $200 and I had received the same quote from someone else. I'm very happy with his work and that he saved years of photos I had on the bad drive. He's knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend him.

Tony was honest, helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. When I first contacted him he asked if I wanted to take him the crashed hard drive or have him pick it up. There was a little problem with the appointment time but once that was resolved he came by, picked up the hard drive (and the laptop, which I only asked him about when he showed up), and brought them back two days later. Everything went smoothly and I believe he charged me fairly. He even recommended an external hard drive brand and where to find the best deals on them. I would definitely use Tony for computer service again.

Tony offers a rare combination of computer expertise and excellent customer service. After wasting time and money on a remote-based computer repair service that accomplished nothing, I found Tony on Angie's List. He clearly explained my options if he came to my office vs. my bringing my computer in. I brought my computer in, and he spent the rest of the day diagnosing the problem at no charge. He kept me posted at every step, and returned all calls promptly. After an initial assessment that I had a hardware problem that would require returning the computer to the manufacturer, he ran additional tests and discovered an unusual software problem that resulted in the operating system rendering the USB ports inoperable. He promptly fixed the problem, reloaded all of my programs and data, and charged a very reasonable fee. I have definitely found a new computer tech for all of my future needs.

I took my PC to Tony and picked it up 24 hours later. Pluged all in and well here I am leaving this great report

When my new pc arrived I called Tony to see if he could set it up for me. He called back the same day and we set up an appointment for Saturday morning. He called Saturday morning because he had a cancellation to see if I wanted him to come out earlier. I said, yes, and he was on my doorstep within 30 minutes. He set everything up for me, transferred all of my files and cleaned up the extraneous software that Dell always supplies. He told me that he did not think McAfee (supplied by Dell) was a particularly good security system and set me up instead with another that he uses and that he says is much more secure. He also generously answered all of our questions about back up and security and even opened up the old pc for my husband and explained what all the parts were. He also downloaded some other free software that he said was really useful and explained how to use it. We were totally happy with his service and I am so glad to now have a computer "guru" I can trust.

My computer was not booting up and I called to get an estimate for repair. My call was promptly returned and we discussed the options. It was recommended that a repair was probably not the best option, that due to the problem and the age of the computer, a new computer was probably called for. I appreciated the fact that an unnecessary or unhelpful repair was not pushed on me, that I got an honest answer, and that this was all resolved quickly. I would definitely be inclined to use this company again, if only for the honest and professional attitude.

My experience with Tony at Connectionz PC Repair was excellent. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He completed my work quickly and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. He set-up my computer exactly as I had indicated and in a manner that was easy to understand. I will absolutely work with Tony again.

He is excellent. My computer is better than new. He is extremely reasonable. After that I called him with a couple of little questions and he did a couple of little things for my computer and he wouldn't even take any money; he did those for free. His expertise is excellent. His customer service is overwhelming. I will never take my computer anywhere else. I can't speak well enough about him. Tony is so nice. I am recommending him to anybody that I know.

Tony was great. He asked me questions to get an understanding of my issue, he gave me a flat price for the service and stuck to it. In addition, he called me periodically to let me know the status of the work and got my approval after diagnosing the issue and gave me a clear understanding of the potential outcomes of the servicing. In the end, he fixed my computer quickly and it runs better than ever. Finally, he tuned it up and installed an anti-virus package free of charge. Tony was very friendly and courteous and I was very happy with the entire experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends or use his services again.

I brought him a laptop that had crashed (blank screen, wouldn't boot). He tried starting it and immediately said that it was probably a motherboard problem which would require replacement, but he would do a more thorough examination which would take a few days. He pinned it down in a few days as promised (I beleive a video chip that is hard soldered to the motherboard and virtually impossible to replace - any fault with this is probably due to my poor memory) and for no charge. I then got some good advice on shopping for a new replacement. After buying the replacement, I brought it to him and he took care of transferring all data from the old hardrive to the new one, as well as setting up anti-virus software. My only regret was that I didn't ask him even more questions regarding the new laptop before buying it. In retrospect I think I probably went one step too far in chasing processor speed without weighing the downside of excess heating that causes a lot of fan operation and probably increases the risk of reliability problems down the road. But so far its been fine and the speed has been great.

His services were prompt and excellent. He worked h****** the reformatting job and completed the work in a day, though he had not expected to spend so much time on it. I highly recommend him.

Found that he had to use a wireless installation, went out and bought the necessary parts and didn't charge me extra for the additional time involved.
