Description of Work: Patched and painted garage ceiling and bedroom wall. Paint matched other walls exactly. They were in and out in 2 days. I can't tell work was ever done b/c it looks so great. Pleasant, kind and professional group of guys.

Description of Work: Very professional, on time, accomodating, patient while we chose colors for rooms. Patched water damage in one room including wall/plaster molding/painting, excellent job. Only complaint is prep, esp on wood surfaces, not great,likely due to time issues, and quality of paint on some larger wood surfaces poor, already needs repainting. Minor sloppy issues eg paint on windows and mirrors, not entirely removed after job.

+ 0 moreThe company responded promptly to a request for an estimate and provided an estimate in writing. An inspection of my home verified that the existing texture coat would need to be removed by sandblasting prior to painting. They recommended a sandblasting company that performed their work quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Once the sandblasting was completed, CertaPro moved in and started their preparation work which included powerwashing the entire exterior, scraping and sanding all woodwork, reglazing missing or damaged window glazing, and making minor repairs for dry rot or termite damage. The dry rot and termite damage repairs were change order extras, but very reasonable and customary in their amounts. The entire house was primed, then painted with the company providing color samples pre-painted on the wall to assist in our color selection. The entire job took approximately 8 days for a 1,800 square foot home with 3 gables and a large masonry chimney. Having worked in the Public Works field for over 35 years I know that the key to a good paint job is in the preparation and the painters assigned to my job did an excellent job in their detailed preparation; which resulted in a very clean and attractive paint job.
