First man came late morning soon after my initial call. He did his best but could not clear the line past this one clog. By the afternoon a second man came and then a third to relieve the first man. This last man got on the roof (where first man had also tired) and with communication on the ground with the second man, the clog was finally broken. I'm guessing the clog was about 10 feet away from the house in the main 4" drain toward the city sewer.

Kelly and his crew were professional, experienced, timely, neat and did an excellent job. They did not rush and made sure the job was done properly.

I had a leaking pipe in the wall of the bathroom and it was replaced very professionally. I also had issues with the main water shutoff value and the pressure value so they were replaced. The job was done correct and both issues have been resolved. They are on the top of my list for plumbing services.

I had an issue w/ my pilot light staying on my water heater and Castle plumbing came by, worked their magic and fixed the problem w/o having to replace anything. Best part, he didn't charge me a dime and sincerely asked next time I had an issue to give them a ring. I would definitively use them going fwd. Thanks!

Kelly Castillo IS the plumber you want to use. We have used several plumbers in the past several years because 10 years ago we remodeled and re-pipped our home. We have used both small and large plumbing companies. Kelly Castillo is the best by far. He is professional, efficient, neat and clean, timely, and his prices are very reasonable. Over the last year he has repaired and replaced several items for us (see above) and installed a new Noritz tankless water heater. He is easy to reach and returns calls quickly. He is very easy to communicate with. He is very knowledge and has made really good suggestions for our needs. The first time we called Kelly was after a large well known plumbing company was unable to restore the flow to our kitchen sink sprayer. That plumber was here over an hour. We found Kelly on Angie's list and he came out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes, literally. We have faith in his professionalism and expertise. He is the only plumber we will use and he is the only plumber you need!!!

The repair went well. Kelly had to return to replace the faucet that we were trying to repair, faucet too old! Kelly did not want to charge me for the replacement installation but fair is fair. I paid him an agreed upon discounted amount.

Kelly of Castle Plumbing gave me an estimate for the work and was timely for his appt. He described all his work in detail and answered all my questions. After obtaining three estimates, I chose him as he responded quickly and was available to do the work on my schedule. His estimate was not the lowest bid but as he was available, I had him do the work. I can say that I am fully satisfied with the job in all ways. I have had other major work done but none have turned out as well as this did. Kelly is prompt, polite, efficient, timely and keeps to the budget. His work is par excellence. I have a friend that is plumber and he saw the work he did and confirmed it was one of the neatest jobs done. He keeps the customer informed and takes the time to answer questions. He provides all the equipment needed and did the work promised in his estimate. He does the work himself with one other guy who kept the work area clean and neat. We ran a day or two over but that is expected with any job. There was also some minor damage of a broken pot in my patio area where they had some of their equipment. Kelly was very honest and told me about the breakage and promised to replace the ceramic pot. I appreciated his honesty and felt the pot did not need to be replaced. All in all, I would highly recommend him to friends and family and would definitely use him again for any plumbing service. And ladies, he actually cleans up as he goes and when he finished the job, he rubbed down the floor and cleaned off all debris and dust! How refreshing is that? My laundry room looks amazing. Everytime I walk into it, I feel happy.

I called on Monday. Kelly arrived promptly on Tuesday and gave me an estimate. He arrived at the agreed upon time and did a FANTASTIC job. He was courteous, professional and cleaned up after himself. The price for the job was soft on my budget. I have had a few plumbers over the years and Castle Plumbing has been the best experience ever.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Kelly Castillo, the owner of Castle Plumbing, and his crew. They were extremely professional, efficient, and were always timely. In December 2012, Castle Plumbing responded within two hours of a plumbing emergency caused by roots in the sewage pipes during the busy holiday season. It is a joy doing business with Castle Plumbing and Mr. Kelly Castillo. I know he will do his best to accomplish anything his customers request for a reasonable price.

Provider was nice enough, but he promised a written estimate then never contacted us again. It's been almost a month.

They came to the house on schedule and completed the work in a very professional manner and quickly. They moved the refrigerator into the new place, tested water flow and tested cooktop once gas was piped in.

We left a message for Kelly - he returned the call shortly and we arranged for him to come to our house the next day when he used an electric rooter to clean out the line. He was professional and very personable.

My hot water heater pilot light went out and I tried lighting it and wouldn't ignite. Checked Angie's list and found Castle Plumbing. He came the same day, checked it out and got it to work. Told me I may eventually need a new part. Encouraging, as a single woman this is huge to have someone not rip you off and sell you something you don't need. When I offered to pay him he said, just call me next time you need service, I didn't do much this time! This is how my grandpa worked, old school. Very trustworthy, will definitely refer and use this company again!!!

I've had Castle Plumbing out before, and I appreciate their service. Kelley is honest, sincere. I'm comfortable having him work in my home while I'm off doing other things, and I have complete trust that he knows what he's doing.
