called them to inform about a possible leak in the pipes in the attic. Kelly said those pipes are for vent, once I took some photos and emailed him, he called me back and said the problem is the roof and not the pipes, he said it is the roof that is leaking.

Kelly was very friendly and down to earth, you ask him any question and he most likely tries to get the answer for you. The job turned out really well. It took two times for him to come because the first time we didn't have the materials necessary to change. Second time worked like a charm!

Unable to reach on a weekday morning. They did not answer the phone, and their voicemail was full, so it could not take a message. Very poor business acumen!

Posted work request on Angie's List , Castle responded next morning and gave us an appointment for that afternoon. Arrived exactly at specified time. As our house is over 60 years old and has galvanized pipes, he had to go to near-by hardware store to get needed pipes. Promptly came back, repaired pipe which was a little complicated, and checked for leaks, adjusting until job was done to our satisfaction. Also gave us information about other plumbing work we were considering such as tankless water heaters and diagnosed old toilet flushing problem (calcification), giving us a dollar amount for installing a new toilet when we could afford to go ahead with additional work. Did follow-up contacts asking if there were any problems with the repair job, and also to let them know when we're ready for the toilet work.

Mr. Kelley was very professional and quick. Great service. I would highly recommend.

Kelly was able to find the sink inserts on very short notice since we had guests coming to spend some time at our house. The guy was a life saver and did quality work. We'll be using him again, I'm sure.

I contacted Castle Plumbing through Angie's list ,Kelly was prompt in responding back and we set an appt. He came in the 2 hour window frame that was set and got right to work and resolved the issue of both of my showers being backed up and not draining. He was professional and courteous. I am definately using Castle Plumbing again. I'm glad to now have a plumber that I feel is trustworthy and honest.

Our bathroom sink was running slow and we could not get it clear. I saw Kelly's company on Angie's List and gave him a call. He got back to me within 24 hours to talk to me, we discussed him coming by to check out what work needed to be done, and set up a time. He showed up on time, put booties on his shoes when entering the house, and was thorough and efficient with his walk-through. He quoted a price for all the work to be done, including the patching of the wall where he needed to access the bathroom pipe through the 2nd bedroom. He and his coworker showed up when they said they would, and were extremely respectful of the surroundings. They finished the gas line first which only took about 90 minutes or so. They started on the bathroom sink, and took their time. Our house has original tile and a porcelain sink from the 40's, and Kelly did not rush trying to get the original pipe removed, as there was a chance the sink would crack. It took a lot of time but the result was beautiful. He showed me the pipe and it was so clogged, only about a 1/2 inch of it was clear. They finished up in the bathroom and then began patching the access hole in the bedroom. The plaster job was so good, you could not tell where he had been, except the color was different. A beautiful job. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. They were a bit more expensive than 2 other quotes we had, but they are very much worth it. I would much rather have someone take pride in their craft and do an excellent job, and pay a bit more, than I would have someone doing it just because it was another job, and be cheaper. We are very happy with Kelly and Castle Plumbing and have recommended him to friends. He is also coming this week to do another smaller job for us.

Professional and very wiling to explain all aspects of the work to the customer. Punctual in their work schedule and in getting inspections take care of. Cleaned up work area well and patched holes in walls nicely. When discovered additional problems, was able to add new jobs to the original contract and take care of the work in a timely fashion.

I've been working with Kelly of Castle Plumbing for at least a couple of years now and he has established himself as my go to plumber for repairs that are to be done right and in a timely manner. The first job two years ago was to add a shutoff valve to a sprinkler system and replace some leaky piping in same. That still works and there's been no problems since. There's weight to be given to an older repair that lasts. It gives you confidence that the repairs made recently are also of good quality. Indeed, the shower mixing valves are now in top condition and the sink drain looks great and no leaks. He has been late once in a previous job, but not by much so I'm not going to take away from his score. I have since moved to a new place but I'm glad to know that I'm still within his service area.

Kelly and his crew were on time, worked hard and clean. I am a senior and the price was fair. Kelly responded quickly and did not try to over sell. He listened and took notes during the inspection. I would highly recommend Castle Plumbing.

Mr. Kelley had to shuffle around another appointment in order to fit me in, which I really appreciate. He showed up right on time as promised. He even put footies on so to not soil our carpet. He went to work right away and found the problem almost immediately. Once he got the cold water flowing, he noticed that the faucet is now dripping. It was an expensive fix so the best solution was to replace the faucet at another time. The only complaint I had was that the price charged seems high for about 20 minutes of actual work.

After the 2014 La Habra earthquake, which happened on a Friday, all the local plumbers were super busy all weekend and into the next week. Our old water heater began leaking on Saturday morning, and Kelly/Castle Plumbing was the only person to come out to give us an estimate who was able to return and replace the water heater by end of day the following Monday. He was friendly, professional, not condescending and fast. His price was around the neighbourhood of the other estimates we had obtained. He didn't ply us with marketing souvenirs or gimmicks. He was exactly on time, and showed up on the early end of the appointment window of time he gave us. And, most different from all the others, he answered his own phone and made his own appointments. Meaning, he didn't have a dispatcher person who was at the office acting as an intermediary between me/the customer and the plumber/service provider. That made a huge difference, especially because i ask a lot of questions.

There isn't a single bad thing to say about Kelly. We discovered a leak coming out of our stucco wall. We called Kelly on Thursday and he was out on Friday to diagnose the leak, no service call fee. Kelly was very quick to return our call and fit us into his schedule. When he arrived, he came with shoe booties and put them before entering our house without asking (a big deal for us as we struggle to keep our house clean for our hypersensitive 3 yo). Kelly spent more than an hour at our house trying to replicate the problem and find the source of the leak. Kelly completely filled the kitchen sink and master bath tub with water, and still the source of the leak couldn't be detected unfortunately. Then, I asked Kelly to fix a leaky yard hose bib, what did Kelly do? He said it's just loose, took a wrench to it, tightened it and didn't even charge us! He even taught me how to break the stucco so we can see inside the wall to determine leak's source (as opposed to $150 if he were to break the stucco). He could have made $150, but wanted to help us save money so he showed us how to break it gently. Since the leak hasn't returned, we have not had the opportunity to break open the stucco, but you bet if we ever have a plumbing problem, we are calling Kelly, our new go-to plumber!

Plumbing inspection, but parts were not available, so nothing was charged.

Had Castle Plumbing perform a whole home repiping. Kelly was quick, responsive and very professional. Over 5 months later, everything has been working flawlessly. No complaints here. Would use again for all other plumbing issues.

The regulator was working normally. He said that he needed to tighten it with 1 and 1/2 twists to get it to stop leaking. He told me that had I needed a new regulator, the way our pipe was configured, it would have cost just under $500. However, it just needed to be tightened. I so appreciated his honesty. He didn't charge me anything because he said that he was in the neighborhood. I would definitely call him the next time when I need a plumber.

The technician from Castle Plumbing was awesome. He was super-friendly and professional. He came in and did the job that was requested without trying to tell me I needed a bunch of other stuff. He did a lot of work - these were not easy drains to clear. I was expecting the charge to be more, actually. We will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs. Thank you Castle Plumbing!

After recent back surgery, I was unable to keep walking up and down the stairs so Castle Plumbing took a few photos on his cell phone to show me his work ..................nice! and he accepted the 10% discount coupon from Angie's List

We had previously had one of these installed at our home in Rancho Santa Margarita using an Angie's List Deal. We bought a second deal for a second house we own out in Lake Elsinore. The provider charged a bit extra to travel out that far, but he was wiling to do it and did a nice job so we were okay with that.

Kelly, came out right away since i had an active water leak that was damaging the inside of the house. He was able to find the leak and take care of the problem. They were very neat and respectful. He was available by cell phone if i ever needed to talk to him. The problem was taken care of in a timely manner.

It was great, they did excellent work.
