Kelly was very professional and kept me in the loop of how the job was processing which was very important to me as I live 1200 miles away from the rental property he was fixing. He sent photos and explained the extra costs involved when it was discovered more work was needed after digging the trench and exposing the old pipe. It's always scary when you have a big repair job looming, it's so easy to be taken advantage of, but I felt Kelly to be an honest person who treated me fairly. I will definitely use him again.

They did a good job and were on time. They had the right equipment to do everything quickly and efficiently without any mess. They were in and out of here in a very short amount of time and you could tell they knew their business well.

Never had this big of a plumbing problem before. Kelly made it look easy. Did a thorough clean up. Did not run off doing other jobs. Worked steady on this job until it was done.

This was my second time using Castle Plumbing. I called on a Monday morning because there was water leaking all over my kitchen floor. No one picked up, so I left a message. Someone called me back within 10 minutes. He was very nice and told me that his whole team was working on a big emergency project, so he wasn't sure if he could have someone out to my house the same day, but that he would call me around 1 or 2 pm to let me know. He called at 12:45 pm and told me that his crew would be busy the rest of the day, but that someone would be at my place between 8 and 8:30 am the next morning. The guy arrived promptly at 8:30 the next morning. He was friendly and courteous, and determined the problem and performed the work quickly. After he was finished, he even cleaned up the mess from the water leakage that was under the sink and all over my kitchen floor, and put the damaged items in a plastic bag. He told me why the pipes had clogged and gave me some tips to avoid the problem in the future. The whole process was completed within an hour and at a reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would definitely use Castle Plumbing again.

The overall experience was very positive. Kelly and I made contact in the middle of the week, and arranged a meeting for a Sunday afternoon. However, due to rain, he was unable to visit our house and address the outdoor leaks. However, that following Monday, we left a gate key for him to inspect the outdoor leaks so that he could calculate an estimate. Independently, he visited our home and accessed the backyard to survey the leaks and the work requested. We then scheduled the following Saturday after Thanksgiving to complete the work. Since he was unable to fax me the written estimate before my last day of work, he offered to drop it off on his way home from work. He dropped off the estimate that Wednesday, and then he completed the work that Saturday. It didn't take Kelly very long to complete the work. He was very patient with my questions, and took the time to answer them. He was professional and personable.

They came out to give an estimate on Friday and very quickly realized the cartridge inside the mechanism needed to be replaced--they just needed to order the part. They gave me the estimate of $180 for labor and parts (including the 10% discount). He came back on Tuesday to do the fix and was probably in and out in 30 minutes! Yay for hot water!

They were the best. I am very happy with them. The fixed my shower well in all of 5 minutes. Another plumber i called was going to charge $2000.00 and was going to drill in to my wall and everything. They couldn't have been nice and took their time to show me everything.

He was good ,and he called before he arrived, as I requested. He was a even little early. He was professional, friendly and he cleaned up afterwards. I was very glad that I had the work done.

called kelly because of slow drains. They discovered broken pipes at cleanout connection and gave estimate for replacement. Even tho job required more pipe and took longer than they had expected, Kelly only charged the original estimate. The crew cleaned up thoroughly and I will satisfied with their overall service

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Kelly arrived on time and ready to go. Took the measurements to be sure. Checked the toilet to be sure there were not chips or damage incurred in the shipment, and then went to work. He was clean, quiet, efficient, personable, and was done within an hour. I asked him for an estimate on another job down the road and he took measurements, making money saving suggestions. All in all, a great experience. Kelly and Castle are now my plumbers of choice.

Contacted regarding the Big Deal for water heater but indicated that this deal was from May and no longer available. He got me the same heater but it was considerably higher but I know this model was top of the line and sells for close to what he charged me including labor. He also gave me a 10% discount as well.. Kelly was very prompt, cordial and very responsive! I would recommend him in the future and would use him in the future.

What an awesome plumber. Kelly came out to fix a leak from an upstairs bathroom that was raining down in our garage. We also needed a toilet installed. I thought the leak was going to be a big issue, but Kelly quickly found out that it was relatively minor involving our toilet and not the shower or a pipe, which is what I feared. He quickly repaired it. On the toilet installation in another bathroom, he unpacked the box containing the new toilet I had purchased at Lowes Hardware and discovered that they had sold me a used toilet (there was no marking on the box that the box had been a return). I returned the toilet that night, got a new one and Kelly offered to come back the next morning to install it at no additional charge. I have never encountered a plumber as good as Kelly. He is trustworthy and the price was very fair. You don't find that combination in many plumbers.

Kelley was profesional and timely with the estimate. The following week he arrived on time and did a fantastic job of installing the three items. First the toilet which was installed just the way I asked for it to be, Kelly even removed and disposed of the old toilet and cleaned the work area spotless. The water heater was just as professionally done, with all the piping, exhaust and earthquake straps looking neat and clean, as well as removal of the old water heater and its disposal. The earthquake gas valve also was professionally installed and looks good, and is neatly arranged. I would recommend Castle Plumbing to my family and friends and will use them again for copper repiping and any plumbing problems I encounter.

My kitchen faucet broke and needed to be replaced, so I purchased one at Home Depot and then called Castle Plumbing to have it installed. My husband spoke to Kelly, and made an appointment between 2p-5p for the following day. Kelly arrived around 3p, very professional and courteous, installed the faucet and also put in new lines for us. He cleaned up the old residue from the old faucet , and did an outstanding job. He is very personable and easy to talk to, and takes great pride in his work. I will use this company and Kelly again, and definitely recommend it to everyone !

Placing the order; removing the old water heater; installing the new top-of-the-line water heater and earthquake straps; and clean-up all went very well.

Kelly explained clearly what needed to be done, and showed me how he was going to do it. He also put on the new washing machine inlet hoses that I brought onto my washer @ no charge. He also gave me a fair quote price for a new toilet, in case I need to replace my toilet. I appreciated his honesty and fairness ... I felt that I could trust him to do a good job, and he did.

He was very prompt and professional. He used a new material for the application. He cocked my sink with silicon which was inferior and it was started flaking. He had to come and replace the cocking. He did the work without any charge. I would have liked if he was little cheaper. I would use him again in the future.

My husband and I decided to buy a fixer upper in Pasadena, CA.The house was described as needing some cosmetic fixes. The inspection revealed that the house needed more than just some paint and new plants. It needed completely new drain lines, and sewer line. The copper plumbing wasn't braced. The pipes underneath the kitchen sink were a mess. All the bathrooms needed to be remodeled. The decks were poorly built and needed to be torn down. To boot, the flashing on the decks was poorly done so water leaked into the walls. The electrical needed to be updated completely. The house had it's original six outlets. I could go on, but that's for another day. :) The house needed massive plumbing work. It needed brand new drains because the existing ones were rusted through. The copper plumbing was flapping freely and needed to be braced. The drains in one of the tubs was rusted through, and the shower pan was dead. I found Castle Plumbing on Angie's list and gave them a call. The plumber that came out to the house was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He and his partner were no nonsense. He told it as it was, which is what I was looking for. I was afraid that as a woman and first time home buyer, I would get talked down or lied to. I also appreciated how punctual they were. Their honesty, plus the professional opinions of several other contractors from different trades, really helped my husband and I in making a very tough decision. We walked way from the house. I'm glad I didn't buy the house. My husband and I are still looking.But if we need plumbing work, we are calling on Castle Plumbing.

Purchased "Big Deal" in May...Contacted Kelly at Castle Plumbing....He ordered the water heater and it was installed a few weeks later!

I left Kelly a message over the memorial day weekend. He called my back on Tuesday. We set up an appointment for the following day. I initially directed Kelly to the rear yard to inspect the leaking hose bib. I then also asked him to see what he can do to repair a leaking tub spout in our master bathroom. We settled on a price and Kelly started the repairs on the spot. We're also having Kelly come back to replace a leaking kitchen faucet. Kelly is great! He takes the time to share a little bit about the repair process and why it's important to do things a certain way. I felt very comfortable with Kelly and have immediately referred his business to others. Go with Castle plumbing, overall....Kelly is just a really nice guy that is super professional and pleasant to deal with. Thanks again Kelly!

We had a drain line leaking in wall. Kelly, the plumber, gave us an estimate and explained to us clearly what was involved. We decided to use his service because he was very professional and his price was lower than another estimate. He opened the exterior stucco wall and replaced a ten feet long cast iron pipe which was all cracked. He cleaned up the mess after his work was done. He also gave us a 10% discount because we are a member of Angie's List. We were very satisfied with the excellent quality of his work and his punctuality and professionalism.
