Description of Work: Upgraded our water heater from 30 gal to 50 gal. No problems

Description of Work: Kelly and his team were prompt, informative and professional. The lines of communication were always open throughout the process/demo. New granite counters were replaced in the kitchen (to accommodate the new kitchen sink and faucet and the peninsula extension); on the vanity in the guest bath room (to accommodate the new bathroom sink and faucet) and on the vanity in the master bathroom (to accommodate the new bathroom sinks and their faucets). The entire process was smooth, and I would definitely work with Kelly/Castle Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Kelly come the first time and light the pilot and say wait if 2 hour we do not get hot water to call him back, he do not charge for this one. No hot water come after 2 hour I called he come back and foxed the pilot thatis 1 month already and we still have hot water. We do not have to change the water heater for now. Thank you Kelly for the great job

Description of Work: We called them to fix our shower faucets, which would leak water when the shower water was turned on. They came out promptly and verified what we suspected. They were very professional and did a very good job. We will use them again when we have plumbing problems.

Description of Work: Toilet Drain Cleaning : It was professional, punctual and quick. Overall I am pleased, though the repair is kind of short term. To be fair, he did tell me about it, but I am already seeing initial signs of another buildup.

Description of Work: Castle Plumbing was very professional and came on time. He performed the work and returned later to check the installation of the earthquake valve. The price was good as we had paid much more for another property. I would definitely use Castle Plumbing again.

Description of Work: They unclogged the bathroom tub drain and also one toilet.

Description of Work: Our older home had problems with the kitchen sink drain; it would back up into the bathroom bathtub. Kelly gave an estimate to clear out the drain from the roof (we have no main clean-out) but also to replace the toilet seals which was old and leaking water. This was Friday. Andy & Omar came the following Monday. They not only cleared the drain, but Omar did an excellent job of replacing the toilet seals and re-caulking around the toilet. Like I said this is an older home (built in 1910), we appreciate the flexible thinking in dealing with our drain problem and would use Castle Plumbing again in the future.
