 + -1 moreI made an appointment to come in and brought the trolley. Karen indicated that finding a strapping to match exactly the original might be hard but doable. It being close to Thanksgiving, it took a bit longer than anticipated. When I collected the trolley and brought it home, I realized that, by not leaving the tray, they could not accurately determine the height (which is based on the straps.) I nipped back to the store with the tray and they made the needed adjustments while I waited. They were professional and seemed knowledgeable with respect to antiques and restoration. I will probably use them again to repair an antique chair.
Description of Work: Bromley restored an antique drinks trolley by replacing the supporting upholstery strapping.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO CARE AND HAVE OUTSTANDING PIECES OF FURNITURE. THEY TAKE CARE OF IT IN MY HOUSE AND SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK IN THE NEXT DAY IF THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO COMPLETE IT. THEY REALLY CARE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED AND RESTORED PIECES THAT HAD NEVER BEEN TOUCHED IN 45 YEARS. THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE OF EACH PIECE AND WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO.

 + -1 moreWE ENJOYED WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY VERY MUCH. A VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW. WE ARE THRILLED WITH HOW OUR FURNITURE LOOKS NOW. NO ONE BELIEVES IT IS THE SAME. THE REPAIR WORK WAS GREAT. WE CAN'T TELL WHICH CORNER WAS DAMAGED. THE SECRETARY IS WONDERFUL. ALL THE DETAIL WAS BROUGHT OUT BY THE RIGHT FINISH.
Description of Work: WE HAD FOUR ANTIQUE PIECES THAT NEEDED REPAIR AND REFINISHING. THERE WAS ONE SMALL TABLE, A SEWING CABINET, A COFFEE TABLE AND A SECRETARY DESK. WE LOOKED HARD AND FOUND THIS GREAT COMPANY.
