Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal to have someone come out to check my foundation and someone was sent and after perhaps a few minutes looking in the basement the service man who came out gave me a thumbs up on the foundation. I was given some advise on some things that should be addressed and was told he would give me a quote on the work that he recommended and send it to my email. I waited and waited and never received that quote or email. I was very disappointed in them so I will never refer anyone to them or will I never hire them.

Description of Work: Purchased a Deal for outdoor living design. Boston Brick& Stone was very responsive and punctual. I was given a very detailed design and ample time to ask questions. There was no pressure to sign a contract and I was told the estimated contract was good for 90 days ( which was exceptional)! Although the cost was very reasonable, it was clear their main business is brick & stone and not creating an outdoor entertainment space. I am still undecided relative to my project. |

+ 0 moreWe had been quoted over $3500 by another company for repairs to our fireplace for work we were not sure needed to be done. Boston Brick and Stone came out and did a visual and camera inspection of both fireplaces and checked the gas and determined that there was nothing wrong. They gave us a detailed inspection report and an estimate if we wanted to have a damper installed in the fireplaces. They also followed up, but did not push any service. The whole experience was extremely professional. We will definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

Harley and the project manager were easy to reach during the job and were available to answer questions and resolve issues. The final result was exactly what we wanted. We have received several compliments from neighbors.
Description of Work: They did brick planters, brickwork on our porch and steps, and landscaping in front yard, as well as cement work on the side of the house.

They took extra care to make sure that my property was not damaged, including my grass, inside floors, and windows. They were on time everyday and cleaned up everyday. Except for the miraculous changes to my wall, you would hardly know they were every there. I would recommend them to anyone who needed any work done. Can anyone say A+++?
Description of Work: Boston Brick removed the chimney and inside fireplace and hearth. They also re-framed the wall, patched the roof where the chimney rose above the roof and filled the hole in the ground where the chimney sat.
