Description of Work: They cleaned my fireplace and inspected it. They were very professional and protected the floor. |The inspection showed that there is some work to be done to make it safe and I will be having that work done soon. Since this is a rental, they are working with me to schedule the work to my convenience and I appreciate that.

Description of Work: We had our chimney inspected and it required a new cap and spark arrestor. Also we had a botched fire brick wall fixed (done by another company). They are very curtious and profession and most of all able to understand the needs of a c.1954 mid century home and it's restoration.

Description of Work: They did a full chimney retrofit and firebox replacement and set up a ceramic gas log system.Terrific all around! Incredibly responsive-- they called almost every day with a check-in re timing. The project manager was professional and friendly. The estimate was thorough and honest. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Repaired chimney inside and outside.. Installed damper. Covered all items and floor in living room with plastic. Workers were very courteous and mindful of my privacy. They cleaned up beautifully. (yard look better after they left) Office staff very responsive to my questions. Owner visited several times. All work and cleanup done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: PHASE I 1. Protect the property with plastic, plywood and carpet. 2. Set up ladder in the back yard. 3. Mix and pour the Fireguard compound into the chimney and apply by hand (trowel). 4. Install a new crown so that it routes water away from the flue and off of the top. 5. Install a new RMR cap with built in spark arrestor. 6. Clean up and haul away all debris. PHASE II 1. Protect the property with plastic, plywood and carpet. 2. Re-point the back wall of the firebox. 3. Install a damper clamp. 4. Clean up and haul away all debris.
