Although now based in the Riverside CA area, this Habran Cisneros grew up in San Diego and visits often, so he did not hesitate to submit a bid for the work we wanted done. His first job was to take out a substantial bump in our driveway that also involved removing an large invading tree root. He dug a trench about three feet deep, cut and removed the root, refilled and compacted the dirt to smooth the grade and replaced the asphalt. I couldn't have asked for a more thorough or competent job. He also explained that because the offending tree is still standing near the driveway, this fix would last from 5 to 10 years before the root regrew and disturbed the driveway. We chose to let the tree remain, but are glad that Habran explained our choices and the consequences. At this time, he also did some minor grading, laid hardware cloth, then D G rock and compacted it to rehabilitate a nasty garden path. We couldn't be happier with the service, the cost and the results in both cases. The second job performed in November 2012 was to remove some slate pavers, do more substantial regrading and lay more D G rock in the backyard, connecting to the existing path. This was a much larger area, with more challenging topography and the need to move and replace many large potted plants. The regrading involved digging much farther than needed simply to grade in order to remove large protruding granite rocks. As before, this work was performed by Habran and his crew very carefully and professionally. They extended the path slightly beyond the estimated end in order to achieve a better overall look. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by this company and recommend them to anyone needing asphalt installation, repair, slurry seal coating, concrete grading, gravel and D G or tree stump and root removal.
