Very detailed, professional, communication was like talking to family member. Definitely will recommend to any friends and family members that need pest control/extermination. Alex explained what he and his workers will be doing and let you know what needs to be done to get the property ready. Alex broke down everything to what, how and when it will start. During inspection before starting the project he contact you to update any findings, concerns or if there are no issues.

Alex came by for an inspection and was very upfront about what he saw and what he would be doing when he performed the service. On the day of the service, he came with one of his guys and did another inspection just to make sure he didn't miss anything. He honored the original price and did not try to upcharge me for anything. He was very honest and thorough. He even took the time to help me with an electrical problem I was having at no extra charge. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs any type of extermination done

Alex and David treated our house for termites. They were professional, flexible, and they have the best price in town! We got bids from different companies before Alex came out for an initial inspection so we knew the going rate. Alex definitely knew what he was talking about so we gave him the job. They arrived on time and worked with my schedule and finished earlier than planned. They even found a couple of dead critters and took care of that for me. Customer service was excellent!
