Alex, the owner, was very professional, and also a delight to work with. He inspected the property, which is a landmark commercial building over 100 yrs old-much loved and valued by the owner and all of the tenants. He showed us exactly where the problem was and the specific kind of termites we had and gave us treatment options. We were glad to know there was a non-toxic treatment which is friendly to people and pets. He also found a different kind of termite that we didn't know we had. He really knows his business, is generous with his time and explanation of options, is fairly priced and a kind, intelligent, conscientious, knows his business, and is an upbeat person it's a pleasure to be with. I couldn't ask for more and am so glad we found him.

I met the Owner, Alex, two years ago when he was with another Company. What sold me was Alex's INTEGRITY and work ethic. He showed an interest in providing me with the exact Service I needed, not just making money. I ran into some problems while my Warranty was still in effect and reached out to Alex. He was able to send someone right away to treat the problem area. Definitely recommend this company. The owner is friendly, courteous and genuinely cares about his clients. He helped me cut back plant overgrowth for hours, in order to allow access for the fumigation tent to reach the ground. I cannot imagine any other company going to that extreme. Cannot say enough or give enough praise. Absolutely satisfied with the work and the result.
