Description of Work: We thought perhaps our garbage disposal, which was under warranty, was going bad, and we called H*****, an authorized service provider for our particular brand. They were courteous and also warned that if it turned out to be something else and NOT a bad disposal, that the service would cost $90 plus parts. The gentleman who made the service visit called in advance to confirm the window of arrival, called when traffic was bad to give us an updated arrival estimate, and performed the work well and professionally (and it WASN'T the unit, so we paid for the call).
