Description of Work: They did not show up for the appointment, did not call.

Description of Work: Terrence created a 1/2 bath in one of the bedroom closets. He did quality work, was on schedule and the price was reasonable. This is one of the first times since I moved to Paradise that I have not been disappointed in the various work performed. I would definitely use Terrence again.

Description of Work: From 2/3/ to 3/3/2011 1-$350, 2-$1,300, 3-$200 1 - Repaired deteriorated siding, and installed belly band. Caulked and painted area. Inspected metal skirting of mobile home, replaced screws as necessary. 2 - Removed existing trim10 windows, provide and install new wood trim, caulked and 2 coats of paint. 3 - Installed metal screen door, 2 sets door knobs, dead bolts, and porch light. We gave him a list of approximately 7 tasks, he talked us out of several. Two task's he said,needed to do research on and there was no outcome. One task was to replace a fixed window in our back door, with a single hung window. He was unable to find a source.I I contacted local screen shop myself, and they ordered window and installed it for me.

Description of Work: We had water leaks in our master bedroom. These leaks had been there for many years (at least 30)and caused much damage to our walls, and flooring. Turenne General Contracting replaced the interior bedroom wall. They put in new insulation and drywall. Then they taped and textured the wall. The work was skillfully and beautifully done. It was determined by Terrence Turenne that the major source of water coming in was from an area inside the wall above the ceiling (in the attic) that was missing moisture barrier paper. Other experts and contractors had looked our water problem and were unable to find this main cause. We are so thankful that Terrence found the source of the leak so it could be fixed properly. Turenne General Contracting also tore out the outside wall of our bedroom and living room. Our wall was stucco. We asked them to replace the stucco with wood siding which we preferred. They were happy to work with our request. They also took into consideration that we will eventually attach an awning to the new wall. They put in place the correct flashing and z-bar to make this future plan not only possible but also structurally sound and waterproof. Turenne General Contracting was always punctual. They worked hard and efficiently. They stayed in budget. They often had creative solutions that worked with our budget. I strongly recommend Turenne General Contracting. They are very skilled, honest, friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the work they have done for us and will use them for future projects.
