"Chimney Sweep For Life" is how i would put the experience i had with Todd this morning. He was at my door and ready to work this morning on time and even had a smile on his face. He was very knowledgeable about how to better care for our fireplace so we didn't continue to have any issues later and was ready with ways to help prevent any issues from happening again. He was very easy to talk to and answered all questions i had for him and was very respectful in all ways. He would even show us how things like a chimney fire might have happen and explain how, what he was going to to or is doing will lower the chances for us to experience a chimney fire again. He is a top of the line chimney sweep and if you ever need yours clean give him a call you wont be disappointed. Thanks for all your hard work this morning Todd!!!!

Todd was on-time, He did a very professional job of cleaning the chimney at our new (to us) house. It was completely clogged and would not draw. Also cleaned the stove. Left our house very neat. Good job at a fair price. I will use him again

Todd is a very personable guy. We were new in Paradise so we went to Angie's List to see who was recommended locally. We found that Indoor Air and Chimney had a good report so we gave him a call. It took no time at all to get an appointment. Todd came in, asked about any problems, put down drop clothes and started cleaning. He did a very good job. We told him we were new in town so he stayed and visited a bit which we appreciated. We had noticed that the panel on the back of the inner fireplace had some damage from logs going in so he came back and replaced it for us. He even came by when we had a question about the fireplace at no charge. We will continue to use his company.

Todd came on time and was very courteous and professional. He found some areas that needed repair, but he did not try to push us into a commitment. He also gave us lower cost repair alternatives. We enjoyed working with him and will definitely call him again next year.

He was very prompt, fast and efficient. The price was fair, and the quality of work performed was fine. He called me right back, made the appointment and came the next day. He was punctual.

Todd did a great job. The cleaning cost was very reasonable. Additional work for fire brick replacement at a very reasonable cost. Very conscientious in work and clean up.

my fireplace is old and the damper was falling apart. so I ordered a new chimney cap that includes the damper in it. Indoor Air and Chimney installed the new cap, thereby saving me costly repairs to the original damper in the fireplace.

They cleaned my chimney and removed the ashes from my fireplace. The damper to my fireplace was deteriorating due to the age and was not working properly for the last year and a half, allowing my house to fill with smoke. They actually had me look into the chimney and showed me exactly what was going on so I could understand what was needed to fix the problem. I appreciate their business, their timely response, and their knowledge, and I will continue to use them as a chimney cleaning service.

Todd from Indoor Air Specialists came out the same day I called him seeking an estimate. His estimate was in line with 2 others in terms of price but he was able to come by the same day where 2 of the 3 others were not. Also of note, he was the 2nd service person to come out - 1 service person who quoted a lower price and could come out immediately was not able to clear our clogged vent and told me that a contractor would have to reroute the ducting to alleviate the problem. As this would be an expensive project I had Todd come out for a 2nd opinion. Todd scored an A+ on all of Angie's List rating categories and completed the work promptly and thoroughly without any mention of an expensive construction project to fix our problem. Thanks Todd!
