Arrived when scheduled. Work completed in a timely manner. We were kept informed of the status and progress of the job all during the process.

We originally received Chris's bid in May 2010 and [after obtaining several other bids and checking references] signed a contract on 1Jun10. He worked with us on determining appropriate materials, etc. This was a very small job for him (rather than a full roof replacement, so he agreed to squeeze us in as available. We held off for a month, which he accommodated readily, and we had the work done in Sept10. We communicated readily and easily while he completed other [major] jobs. When we agreed on a work date, he was prompt, brought a full crew, and completed the job in half a day. His crew were courteous, hard-working, and very clean. The work was reviewed by Chris before completion, and he had a few things touched up before having us review the job. He came in under bid, and was clear in communicating the basis of the charges. The house and yard were as neat and clean when they left as it had been before they arrived. Chris is one of the best contractors we have had the opportunity to work with, and we would highly recommend him in the future!
