+ -1 moreMark is always efficient, works fast, and has all the parts in his truck that he needs (no running to the hardware store, which happens a lot if you use a handyman instead of a plumber). He has been doing plumbing work for me at my house and at a rental I have for several years. He always gives me options and leans toward repairing when possible instead of asking me to spend a lot of money replacing things. I've never had to call him back because of leaks (which happens a lot if you use a handyman instead of a plumber). Yes, he charges more than a handyman, but he gets the job done correctly and in half the time.
Description of Work: He installed two low-flow toilets, disposed of the old toilets, and replaced a leaky faucet. The price includes two new toilets, two wax seals, new lines, and the new valve (couldn't be repaired).

Description of Work: I have used Butte Plumbing Co. The piece that I was using to clean went down to toilet and it clogged it up. He put in a new valve on the toilet that I've been wanting to have done.
