+ -1 moreTheir Advertising says they install Sod lawns, sprinkler systems & irrigation Rock Bark and Fences... There are 4 employees shown in their picture, and they apparently do not currently have all of the proper employment requirements for an employer in California. Review the complaints on this site for further reasons not to use this company.
Description of Work: Apparently this company is offering to do "Landscaping" work without being properly licensed in California for these types of projects. Always ask for a contractor's current License status, along with current insurance, bonding and workers compensation status, and for your protection, check the state www.CSLB.com site for this information before hiring anyone for construction related work over $500.00.

+ 1 moreHe was originally supposed to work for $15 and hour but then wanted $16 later. He was supposed to winterize my vents but didn't, and it caused leaks in my house. He has a bad personality and is a nutcase: he screams, he yells, when I ask him to do something, he gets belligerent and talks back to me. He also stole a lot of things from me like some tools that my dad had given me, among other things. He also let plants that I've had for years die.
Description of Work: Joe Iannacci was supposed to winterize my house, but he didn't do anything he was supposed to. He was also supposed to some lawn and yard work.

+ -1 moreI have used Basic before and have always been, not just satisfied, but extremely pleased with their work. Cory is helpful, polite, and prompt. They arrive, do a walk around with me to show them what I need done. They get right to work, work hard and fast, and leave everything clean and in order. I find them to be efficient and thorough which has not always been my experience with others I have hired for yard work. I also consider the cost reasonable for the amount of work and time involved. I would hightly recommend Cory.
Description of Work: I left a message, received a response the next day and they came the following day. I live in a moble home park and have a lot and a half with many trees, shrubs and plants. They trimmed, raked, cut the grass, and hauled all the waste away.They also checked my drip system and will return later (at my request) to repair a leaking valve.
