+ -1 moreAFFORDABLEAIR arrived right on time and immediately began working. The job was completed by the end of the day. They were very professional and the work that was done is exemplary. I could not ask for more. The bid I received was $1000.00 less than other bids I had and no changes were made to the final amount. Everything was put back to it's origional state and nothing was damaged during replacement/installation. The old equipment was taken away and disposed of properly. It was a most enjoyable experience and I would certainly call on James Wood (AffordableAir owner) for any future work. Part of the bid included follow up visits to fine tune the unit when the summer heat begins and assurances that he would return and perform any additional work that might be required. I can't say enough good things about the work ethic and quality of work performed.

+ -1 moreIt went wonderful !!! James was wonderful thus was a very hard Jo. Due to the age of our old unit and duct work . He was professional and so nice and kind . I felt great about him from our first meeting . I would highly recommend Affordable Heating and Air to anyone !!!

+ -1 moreAffordable Air Heating and Air with our first experience with them it was good. They did a great job, the price was great. This was last August. They charged about $3500. At our home we called them out to do a heating fix on a unit that he did not service so he contacted somebody else, but he met them there, got everything started and then checked back with us later to see if we were satisfied with the other contractor's work.
Description of Work: Affordable Air Heating & Air installed a heating and air conditioning system in one of our rental properties.

Description of Work: I have a very old swamp cooler. A few people have serviced my cooler the past two years, none of these people bothered to explain anything about the equipment. I called Affordable Air and got an appointment right away. Mr. Ford is very personable, knowledgable, and respectful. He replaced a bad wall switch, tested the cooler, drained the cooler, replaced the bad pump with a new one, cleaned the drain pan and refilled the tank. I highly recommend Affordable Air. Really, I can't emphasize that enough. I will use this company for any future issues I have with either the cooler or my heating system.
