We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality inspections and reporting. All inspections include photo documentation at the areas of concern, as well as moisture level documentation when accessible. We also provide post remediation clearance testing. We are experts in our field! We will always do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular inspection. We never do remediation ourselves so you can rely on us to be a neutral 3rd party expert when it comes to analyzing post remediation work. All of our samples are also sent to a 3rd party lab for analysis. We look forward to earning your business! Call us anytime!

Walter was very knowledgeable, very thorough in his inspection of our home, took clear pictures of areas with mold, and his report was written well with air samples, photos, and swab results connected with each area in the home that was in question. Walter himself was very pleasant and safe . I would feel safe having him come to my home if I was a single woman! We recommend highly him.
