Office response was immediate, friendly, and professional. I called them in the morning and the owner provided the repair service that afternoon. He showed up at the time scheduled and got the job done in a neat and timely manner. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. He answered all questions in an unhurried manner and showed me how to maintain the springs and other moving parts of the opener. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them.

It went well.

Arrived on time. Did a good job with the installation after trying to see if my old door could be fixed. He seemed to be knowledgeable of the product that he was installing. He got the system running, tested and spent time going over the operational details. When he was done he spayed lube on the door he installed and the other door too. Then he completely swept up the work area.

My garage door had to be enlarged by my contractor. A.J. Door company worked closely with my contractor so that the measurements were accurate and that the jobs were coordinated time-wise. The installation took a short time, the instructions were few and clear. And when I needed to ask a question later on, I called the office and was put in touch with the person who knew the answer. It was a job well done and I was please to get my car into the garage and off the street.
