Description of Work: Horrible & deceitful. Took them over 3 months to almost complete the contracted work, which was promised to be done in a week. Had to engage litigation, now have the CSLB on the case - room leaks & is slanted. Stay away at all cost!!

Description of Work: I contacted this company to schedule an estimate. A customer service rep called me back the next day, and informed me that both my husband and I had to be present in order for the estimate to be done (and free). I explained that both my husband and I are fully capable of making decisions independently of one another and he there would be a coat associated with an estimate and to call him back when we were both available. The next day, a "qa" rep called me back, his name was Mark Romero, and stated he would call me back with an alternative plan as he was horrified with the customer service I received, however I am still waiting for a call back. Definitely would not recommend - they treat customers with no respect!

+ -1 moreAll I can say is Thank you! I have been speaking to my husband about getting a patio cover for quite sometime. We couldn't come to a decision because we desired a patio cover of amazing quality, but the estimates we had gotten before were way out of our budget for the project. I was recommended to give Wind Tex Inc. a call by my neighbor, and it was the best call I ever made. They were courteous and personable from the customer service representative who answered the phone to my project manager. They presented us with several options based on our needs and desires. My husband and I were presented with a 3 dimensional presentation on what our finished product would look like and what it would do the overall look of my home. Wind Tex Inc. started pulling the permits for the project immediately. They took it upon themselves to get all the necessary permits from the city to build the patio cover. They also have their own material so the price was amazing! I am in awe over my newly covered wood patio, and its companies like Wind Tex Inc. that ease the stress of home improvement projects. Thank you so much Wind Tex, you have not only transformed my home, but more so my life.

I needed to get my patio and outdoor kitchen redone because summer is around the corner :) The contractor from Windtex who came over to give me an estimate on the job was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process. They began working a few weeks later and they did everything and more of what I asked and exceeded my expectations. Not only was the work done well, but I was involved in the process. The whole thing went by so fast and I'm very happy about the result. I would recommend Windtex to my friends and family.
