Very well. I met with a sales associate on Wednesday, January 5 2923. The heater was installed the next day. Very clean and quickly.

Gabe did an excellent job. He was not only prompt but early. He was very professional. He explained what was correct and what needed replacement and preventative maintenance. I had not kept up with seasonal service so quite a few things were up to specs. He also clearly explained the options and the costs of the replacements. I felt I was treated fairly.

I really liked Season Control but they told us the furnace needed to be replace (it does) and that we could clean and leave the old ducts and AC unit. They never got back to us with an estimate for a new furnace. Two other vendors have since told us you can't hook a brand new furnace up to ducts from 1962 and an AC from the 80's. I get that. I called Season back twice and it seemed they would have to start all over with another visit. By the time they called back, I was no longer interested.

Great, I've had a 10 year relationship with Season Control and they have taken care of us. We had a complete HVAC install performed by them when we bought our house, and we recently had a warranty issue with one part and it was taken care of right away. Super friendly staff and Techs, always professional.

Technician arrived promptly, ascertained what was needed to repair heating system, and repaired the problem. He had all of the necessary tools, parts, and know how to get the job done in a short amount of time. Overall, very good!

They explained every step and set a date and came did the installation cleaned everything up and left the area better than they found it. Clean crew clean job.

I have used Season Control for several years. They have always responded quickly and completed repairs efficiently. When possible I requested the same technicians as they were familiar with the problems and age associated with my AC unit and furnace. Will continue to use this company. Technicians usually came same day or within 24 hours based on the severity of the problem, even during peak months when AC and furnace repairs were prevalent...

Season control did an excellent job installing our AC and did so in a timely manner, medium cost and no problems! They also followed up to service our AC and Heater and did so 4x all perfectly. I will hire them for future services!

They were excellent. High quality work, stuck to their budget estimates, stuck to their timing estimates, my other contractors also thought their work was excellent quality. They were a pleasure to work with and the system has been working flawlessly. The best heating and AC company and system I’ve ever had in multiple houses.

We have used them for years. They are great, we have worked with them for years and years and year.! We have a problem, they come out and tell us what the problems are. We kind of knew this might happen but we knew we weren't going to spend the money. It went dead in the really bad heat and they came out and said they can either patch it for us or do it the right way, and the right way is to replace the entire unit. And since the unit was only five years old, they gave us money back because it had been warrantied for ten years. They are good guys.

We contacted Season Control based off these positive reviews and they came to the house to give us a quote. They seemed knowledgeable and friendly. The sales rep promised to give us a quote with certain options broken out at different price points (basically a few different AC units and some add-on costs for additional vents being installed). The quote took weeks and weeks to arrive. Once we had it, it was not broken out as promised. We were then unable to reach the sales rep for subsequent revisions to the quote. The job went forward with a different vendor.

I am really pleased with the service. Tim arrived early and got my unit working the same afternoon. When he was done he took the time to explain to me what was done and why it was needed. i intend to use them again for my yearly maintenance and recommend them to my friends. T. Douglas Robinson

They were highly professional before installation, during the service and follow up. We have a historic home and were gracious to install throughout the home and no damage to existing conditions.

They rescheduled multiple times, had to come back multiple times to fix stuff they didn't get right the first time. First priority was to up sell equipment we didn't need.

In the span of just 2-3 hours, on a Saturday evening, my air conditioner stopped working; I called Season Control; Chris came to my house--almost immediately; and Chris replaced the capacitor and fixed my a/c! On a day when the valley was up in the 100's, who knew a broken a/c could be completely fixed, on a Saturday night, within hours of its breaking? Additionally, Chris was incredibly nice, was very efficient, and saved us from a possible heat wave indoors.

Arrived promptly and introduced himself. Able to explain the problems with both my units. Showed me the areas of concern and used his volt meter to provide more information. After replacing the parts..he showed me the new parts and the old parts. Then he placed the exterior cover on each unit. Left the area clean. I would definitely refer this company and use them again myself.

I called to the office and asked for an estimation for a non working AC. 2 hrs. later they showed up, checked the system, found the problem, told me the amount and did the job up to my complete satisfaction. I definitely recommend these guys and company :))... They're great

My unit is older and probably needs to be replaced but I just do not have the time or money right now so I have just been nursing it along for the past couple of years replacing many different parts. For the past 2 repairs I have used Season Control and they have never let me down each time. The entire staff are a great group of guys and they are hard workers. They always came on time, made the repairs fairly fast, and they always charged a fair price for their work and parts.
