+ -1 moreWe encountered difficulty in scheduling job after signing contract. Main installation tech was very polite but assistant used profanities and complained loudly and frequently during job. System did not work properly and it took a long time to schedule return visits to correct problems. Phone calls were not returned. Several visits were required to correct all problems.
Description of Work: Installation of new air conditioning and heating system and duct work.
