 + 0 moreI just recently purchased a new condo, and the previous tenant left behind a satellite dish which was bolted to the roof and stucco of my unit. The dish was too heavy and high-up for me to remove safely. I didn't want to take the risk, so I contacted Sammees. Sam arrived at the appointed time and was punctual. He gave me a good price, considering I help out alittle. The task was finished within 5-10 minutes. He also provided me some good tips and guidelines on how to properly seal the holes caused by the bolts. Throughout the process Sam was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Sammees' and would definitely use them for future projects.
