He gave an estimate that was comparable to 2 others I had received and then held to that price, even when the job became quite complex due to the age of my home (built in 1913). He also arranged for someone to come out immediately to patch the walls where he had to unexpectedly do some tearing out of the wall. All lights installed work. Cleaned up appropriately.
Description of Work: Jose assembled and installed a ceiling fan for me. He also hung 4 sconces for me in my dining room which involved drilling the drywall, hanging wires through the attic, patching the walls, and installing light switches.
