Home Depot has always been good to me. The prices can't be beat and the guys they use to perform the installations are professionals. I came in to look at there wide selection of carpet, once I found one that I liked a sales representative asked if I needed installation as well. I said yes and they proceeded to set me up with an appointment. It all well, the job was finished and I'm happy with my new carpet. People think that Home Depot only sells products but they also services as well. It's worth looking into.

I've had to say it has gone pretty well. A subcontractor here and there has been a tad tardy. The quality may not be right at the top , but then again, maybe it is. I'm not a perfect judge with respect to that. Looks pretty darn good, but I have been paying up a tad for higher quality and may be a tad picky. The carpet up the stairs seems a tad weird around the edges but what the guy told me with respect to that seems reasonable and I can't envision how to do it differently. Caulking all the way around the plantation shutters instead of just the sides would seem reasonable. The quality of the carpet is top notch. The price paid was negotiated reasonably and I'm very happy with the price versus quality. The hardwood floors are flawless. Nice selection of lighting fixtures too. I like this place.

I went to Home Depot based on information from Angie's List.I had done my homework and had a picture of the door from the Home Depot web site.My first contact was with Leonard Laforet in the Windows and Doors department.I explained what I needed and he walked me through the entire process using his computer.The double front door that I selected was a special order door. Leonard called the manufacturer to see if a recent sale on that item was still in effect. No luck on that.Leonard also assisted me with the appropriate locks for both doors. Payment options were explained and the paper work completed.The next step was delivery and installation. He stated that I would get a call from the installer to set a date for measurements of the door openings and that was done in 1-2 days.Leonard stated that I would get a call when the doors arrived.I recieved a call from Rocco at Home Depot on June 29, 2009 to set a date for July 1,2009. The doors arrived at 1:30pm on the stated date.No problems with delivery . Everything needed to complete the job arrived as promised and intact.On June 29, 2009 I received a call from Adan construction the designated installer for Home Depot to set a installation date. The date was set for July 3, 2009 between 7:00- 9:00am. They arrived at 7:05am and work completed at 11:10. Mauro and Sergio removed both doors and installed the new doors the new deadbolt locks and all the other hardware and new door frame.Mauro explained how to stain the new wood around the door frame . The work area was cleaned up and the old doors taken away. Each person I dealt with gave me a phone number to contact them if I had any problems.

Required removing old carpet and pad and moving lots of heavy furniture. Also, lots of odd nooks that required special attention when cutting and installing. The man who came to do the estimate and the installers who came were all right on time (and they called to confirm the day before). They were extremely efficient and careful. The carpet was installed much faster than I expected (about 4 hours) and everything was put back exactly as it had been.

THE SALES PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME WITH ADVICE AND INFORMATION ON THE ABILITIES OF THIS MACHINE. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL IN THEIR SERVICE.

THE MULCH WAS TOP QUALITY AND THE QUANTITY WAS EXCELLENT, AND HIGHLY IMPROVED THE LOOK AND BEAUTY OF MY YARD AND LANDSCAPING. THE COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ADVISING WHICH MULCH WOULD NOT ONLY ADD TO THE BEAUTY OF MY YARD, BUT WOULD ALSO HELP TO BETTER IMPROVE SOIL CONDITION FOR MY LANDSCAPING.
