+ -1 moreThe work is good. They showed up on time, cleaned up. They put in a pipe from the house from the sewer a couple months ago. There was also a pipe leaking in the house. They recommended having a leak detection company coming 1st then they would come out. We found where the leak was. They got into the wall and repaired the leak and replaced the pipe. They have also put a faucet in for a sink.

+ -1 moreRichardo always arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. His crew was neat and clean and very respectful of our home. He was referred by a neighbor that owns apartment units. This neighbor received the referral from another neighbor, and now uses Ricardo exclusively at his units. I obtained at least 4 estimates from other plumbers, and Richardo's bid was the most reasonable for the amount of work to be done. I would highly recommend Richardo and First Choice Plumbing Services.
Description of Work: Richardo and his team replaced approximately 30 ft. of cast iron main water line with ABS, and replaced one additional connecting pipe. This included replacing the main line from one side of the house to the other, through the crawl space in the basement, digging under the foundation to continue the line to the exterior of our home out to the sidewalk. They also repaired approximately three leaks in piping in the crawl space under the house, repaired the burner in our water heater and repaired a plumbing problem behind our washing machine. Richardo also made several trips to the City offices to obtain permits and advanced the fees, which he recouped from us later.
