Our experience with DNA was excellent. As soon as I contacted them, Andrew called and visited us. He quickly inpected our attic, which had had a major rat infestation and extremely old heater ducts. He gave us a reasonable estimate for cleaning and sanitizing the attic, replacing the old insulation, and installing new ducts. The crew of Ivan, Andrew, Amanda and Denicio worked quickly and were very personable, reliable and efficient. They kindly removed all the old boxes stored in the attic which was not part of the original work. We especially liked that Andrew followed up with us after the job was completed, to ensure we were satisfied, and offering to come and fix any problems we might have. We could not be happier with DNA and highly recommend them for any heating issues.

Worked with Andrew. Had an excellent time talking about my goals for the project and he gave me a couple options. He recommended some additions that were very relevant and not upsells. The crew that arrived was great and finished their work quickly. They cleaned up well and I canâ t tell they were ever here. Andrew was on site at the beginning to brief the crew on the job. I had an opportunity to make sure that the scope of work was understood and my questions were answered. Iâ m so happy to have a new contractor to rely on, theyâ ll be doing my hvac work going forward.

I own a laundry and needed two new swamp coolers. I called DNA and Andrew came out and from our first meeting was very professional. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions which put me at ease. These guys did a bang up job. They were clean and made short work of removing my old units and installing of the new ones. I would highly recommend DNA for future work.

Andrew was very prompt in coming to our home and giving us an estimate. His crew was out the next day to repair our cooler. His team cleaned up after themselves. Great job DNA Heating & Cooling!

Andrew's fix was quick, clean and effective.

I paid them in full the day the showed up and got the a/c running but were going to return within 5 days after ordering part for drainage and have not returned. It has been two and a half weeks and they have missed yesterday appointment. I do not recommend their service.

My AC went out on A 90 degree day when I just got home from the hospital with a newborn baby. Andrew from DNA came out fast and fixed the problem for a good price and followed all covid19 health protocols. Clean, professional and fairly priced. Highly recommend.
