Description of Work: They did the all around service and then me A/C broke 5 days later. I specifically joined they "CLUB" to get priority service. I was told I was three days away on their list and when they did come they did not have the part required. So they said wait three more days. The part was a standard utilized part so nothing needed to be ordered. | |Rather than waiting I called IWAI and they were terrific!

Description of Work: Our air conditioning broke. They had provided service to the prior owner. They came out quickly and promptly to evaluate it on the weekend. He was nice and helpful. However they never sent us a quote for the replacement work that was needed.

Description of Work: Purchased A/C from them in August 2013. This was a maintenance check and filter change. We had a few glitches with the city permit, but other than that they are an excellent company to deal with. Recommend highly.

He was a very nice man it was just that the other company I was able to get more for the same price. Everything about them was fine, it was just that their prices was higher so I did not use them. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Description of Work: American Air Conditioning made a service call to my home because my air conditioning system stopped working. Their serviceman discovered that a wire had become loose. I was expecting the worst and appreciated the serviceman's honesty. I was happy with the outcome.

Their prices were fair and they did a great job.

They come twice a year. They are very consistent and reliable. They are also very efficient and take care of everything. I have no complaints with the service.

American air came to my house in Studio City, gave me an estimate, Mike sat with me, explained me everything about the unit he is selling me also explained me the savings I will have with DWP. told me where everything is going to be located , after I approved the job, it was done within a day, they did a great job, cleaned up after them , I am very happy and my DWP bills were cut in half.

Description of Work: I had hired this company based on a referral of another friend. When they had come out I had only window units. Preparing for the hot summer I was very interested in geting Central air and heat installed. They did just that. They are a great company.. Very competitive in price. Very clean.. I am very happy. I am not sure what amp service we had before, but, the air conditioning unit would not run properly without doing this. I am very pleased with everything that this company has done for us. I feel like I can trust them. I do not know the first thing about this kind of work and they did not try to cheat us out of anything at all. They were very nice people and very easy to deal with.
Description of Work: American Air upgraded our electrical amps in the house to 100 Amps. This had to be done in order for the 2.5 ton air conditioning unit to run properly.

The furnace and air conditioner were replaced in less than three hours. Everything they did works really well. Since we had them do the work, they come to my home twice a year for pre-season check ups. This is valid for three years. They will also do any maintenance that would be required.
Description of Work: American Air Conditioning & Heating took out our old furnace and air conditioner and put in new units. Our home is 3000 square foot.

All of the items that they put in our house are very high quality. When they came to put all of the things in, they brought a full crew so that they could get it done quickly. It didn't even take them a whole day to get everything installed.

The furnace that they put in for us works very well. It heats our house a lot better than the old one did and that is something we are really happy about. It only took the guy two hours to completely install our new system.

Our new furnace works well and does not have any problems. We have not even had to re-light it since they put it in our house. The man who installed the furnace was the nicest man. He took really good care of us and did a great job. He got the whole thing done in two hours.

The furnace that they put in our house has worked just fine. I have not had any problems with it at all and the check ups that we have had done on the system in the fall have all turned out alright. I can not complain about anything they did for us. They took about three hours to get the furnace in and hooked up.

We are not the most knowledgeable people but we told them what we wanted and they sold me something else. They were average at best but the annoying thing was that they were always trying to up sell us on something. We had some problems with the system after it was first but now everything works fine but it just is not the system we wanted. We paid $30,000 for the total renovation job that we did on our house.
Description of Work: We completely remodeled our house and American Air Conditioning & Heating installed a new Goodman heating and cooling system. They also did some duct work in our 2300 square feet house.

THEY WERE OK. SOMETIMES THEY WOULD REPAIR SOMETHING, AND AFTER A FEW WEEKS YOU FIND OUT IT WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF. THE PROBLEM IS COMING BACK, SO SOMETIMES I DECIDED NOT TO CALL THEM BACK ANY MORE. I COULDN'T REALLY TRUST THEM. I AM KIND OF IN THE MIDDLE OF TRUST.
