+ 0 moreFor the first appointment this company wanted $165; but they claimed this was the charge for all of their first timers. They typically showed up with one crew leader, who was always the same person and 2 other people that were never the same, despite their commitment to me that generally speaking the crew would always be the same three people. They used their own supplies, which left a bad odor in the house for hours after they left. The housecleaning was inconsistent in it's thoroughness with many things not getting cleaned at all. There was not one time this company came that I was happy with the work except for the first time which cost $165 and watched them. I could have lived with the sub-par cleaning, but in the space of 2 months they canceled on me 3 times with less than a day's notice. Twice service was canceled with less than an hours notice. They were never able to reschedule. Calls to the company almost always went unanswered and my messages were never returned. Awful.
Description of Work: Twice monthly cleaning of 1400 sq ft house, including kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living and dining room. Cleaning to include vacuuming, dusting of all furniture and knick-knacks, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen. They brought their own supplies. No dishes needed to be washed and no sheets needed to be changed. One window per cleaning was supposed to be included in the price. The house has no children or dogs and is kept very tidy, so there is very little clutter.
