+ -1 moreHe didn’t show up a couple times and then finally stopped showing up at all. Since he did all right on that, I asked him to work on my other two screen doors. I ended up needing to call my normal guy who does that type come in and finish it. He left me high and dry. He did some work that was good and he got very bad eventually. I would rate him as “unreliable.” I was not happy with him at all. I paid what he asked for, when he asked for it. To be fair, on the first job I asked him to do, he did okay, but the second time was not at all okay. The quality on the first job was a B. On the second job, this was about a D.
Description of Work: He was working on my screen doors and my bathroom door. He did an okay job but not a great job on the first job.

Description of Work: Mauricio Ray Palma repaired our fence in late July-early August. He does contracting work but he is also a realtor.
