Description of Work: The cleaners were about an hour late but, since I was home all day, it was not a big problem. If I was on a tight schedule, however, this would have been a different story. I wanted a thorough cleaning done, similar to a move out clean. The cleaners did a very good job and overall I was pretty pleased, but there were a couple of areas I felt could have been done better. I don't know whether it was the fact that I was not really "moving out" or whether this is their normal level of cleaning, but I'm not sure the cleaning would have completely satisfied my landlord in all areas if I were moving out. | |To be fair, I didn't thoroughly inspect the place before the cleaners left, rather I did a quick inspection. I did ask them to clean one area more thoroughly and they were happy to comply. Had I done a better inspection of the place and asked them to do a more thorough job on the areas I felt required more cleaning, perhaps I would have been completely satisfied. I should also state that I've never used a cleaning service so I have no comparisons. Perhaps my experience is par for the course. | |The cleaners were nice and Louis was very professional. He seemed eager to please and genuinely interested in providing the best service. He told me that they could return if I was dissatisfied, but I didn't take him up on this offer. Had I done so, perhaps I would have been entirely satisfied with the service. I would use them again, but would provide more detail to the cleaners beforehand. | |Overall I would give them a B+. The only issue that perhaps could not have been addressed with a little more direction on my part was their punctuality. I also felt that the cost was a bit on the high side, especially in light of the areas that I felt required more cleaning. Otherwise, I was pretty happy with the service.

Description of Work: They cleaned the whole house for a move out. They even cleaned out the fridge and took out the garbage. They did a deep clean on fridge, oven, bathrooms, and everything else.
