Description of Work: As far as technical support, these guys are great. . .plus they are available 24/7 even on holidays. The caveat: DO NOT BUY ANY COMPUTER EQUIPMENT FROM THEM. They make guarantees that they do not keep, each person gives you different info and no one there is accountable;e for anything they promise. They'll tell you things are returnable and then deny they ever said it. They overcharge and are not honest.
