Garcia Well Company

The came to my house, were confused about the type of pump (a "constant pressure" pump) which I don't think is any special technology. Spend some time diagnosing, suspected a pressure sensor. Said they would order & call me back. Never called! Several weeks later, I called again: said they would call me back. Never called again! Pretty unprofessional! Wasted a lot of time waiting.

Something must have changed with this company, as my experience was nothing like those previously reported here. I have a well & storage tank system that was put in 15 years ago by a previous owner to water the landscape, but it hasn't been used in 10 or more years. Called Garcia to come out and give an estimate on putting it all back into service (not a small job). Richard came out to look it over (after I called to remind him that he was several hours late), and did an inspection - seemed to know what he was doing. Said he'd get back to me with an estimate. Two weeks later, and no response, I called and left a message - - still no response. A week later I called again and talked with Richard who said "Oh yeah, I've been kind of busy - I'll get that out to you today or tomorrow". Never happened (its now been two more weeks). Don't know what's up with these guys, but I'd stay away unless you have a v-e-r-y l-o-n-n-g time frame for your project (i.e. never ending).

They are very sufficient and fix it in a timely manner. They are quick to come out.

We had a great experience, and would definitely call them again. They were prompt and responsive, and the well works better than ever.

I've used this company for nearly 20 years and wouldn't consider another. They know their stuff and are great to work with.

The company gave me a fair price on the work that was performed. I have used this company for years & they always do a good job, & last time was no exception. I would recommend them for everyone to use. Overall they did a great job.
