FRY'S ELECTRONICS

It was an expensive phone and I spent about $400 on the phone. I don?t like them at all and is one of the reasons I have been back there in 4 or 5 years. I found it very difficult to find a sales person to help me in finding things and know the difference between the telephones and I just could not find anybody to ask questions. When I finally did find somebody, he answered my question and then disappeared and I had more questions. I don?t like their whole set up and they treat the customer like a thief. Everything is so obviously designed to prevent theft and I find it insulting. I would think there would be less blatant ways to prevent theft because I have seen every other store that has other ways. I don?t like anything about the store.

I purchased a case, powersupply, additional memory, a hard drive, and other cords. They have a good selection, and good prices. They don't provide much in the way of advice, or help.

Shopping a Fry's Electronics was a very interesting experience. It was my first time at a Fry's and was blown away a how much stuff they had there and how many sales staff are on the floor to assist the customers and actually help you. Because the experience was so enjoyable, I am going to make a trip to the next furthest store in Sunnyvale to check out their store since I need to soon replace two 25-year-old refrigerators.
