 + -1 moreHellen was the designer for our home improvement project in 2008. She was very helpful throughout the process, helping to pick out paint colors, hardwood flooring, tiles and furniture that complemented our Mediterranean style house and contemporary taste. She worked with our contractor to ensure everything goes smoothly, which enabled us to have our house warming/Thanksgiving party in time. She was able to get discounts for our custom cabinetry and she passed on the savings to us. All in all, I think the value of using a designer is that she saved us time, stress and money, which more than justify the cost of her service. We love our house and everyone who have visited us paid us compliments. Hellen has won awards in bathroom designs and we definitely will use her service in our upcoming bathroom remodel.
Description of Work: Hellen selected paint colors and hardwood flooring throughout the house. She designed the tile backsplash for the kitchen and powder bath vanity. She also selected the furniture and designed custom cabinets for the dining room niche. Hellen coordinated with the contractor and supervised the work.
