+ -1 moreCOMPANY WAS CALLED AND IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED TO RESIDENCE FOR SERVICE. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALL PARTS WERE IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. WORK WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS CLEANED UP AND SEVERAL UPGRADES WERE INSTALLED. DATA RECOVERY WAS REQUIRED.

+ -1 moreHE ACTUALLY DID WHAT I WANTED HIM TO DO. HE DID IT FOR THE PRICE THAT HE STATED. HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I HAVE WORKED WITH HIM BEFORE. HE IS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE, AS FAR AS I KNOW.
Description of Work: THE COMPUTER NEEDED TO BE RELOADED. THE HARD DRIVE NEEDED TO BE FORMATTED. THE SOFTWARE NEEDED TO BE RELOADED.
