+ -1 moreService went wonderful. Provider was able to come the day after I called for service. Entire house, inside and out, was fumigated for spiders. Other than his service, he share some advice that will keep spiders away from my new home and any kind of danger to my family. Even though the price was unbeatable, this visit was fast, satisfying, and made a huge difference to this home.

Not only was our client happy and satisfied but our organization was very satisfied as well. All though our client was very difficult in providing a service date to Mr. Salas and cancelation after cancelation Mr. Salas stood very professional and patience until service was completed. Our Organization will use and recommend to our sister agencies. Thank you Mr Salas for a job well done.

Description of Work: Mr. Bonny responded to my desperate call regarding a rat problem in my attic! I had received a quote from another major pest control company prior to my contacting Renegade. The other company told me I had a very serious problem and it would cost over 5k to rid us of these unwelcome pests. Mr. Bonny (I happened to see his car in the parking lot of the local Stater Brothers grocery store) heard the stress and urgency in my voice, not to mention the scampering in the attic was driving me mad. He came that day to my house and did a thorough investigation of my problem, he determined the point of entry and made a game plan. When Mr. Bonny gave me his quote..... MY JAW HIT THE FLOOR!!!! It was a fraction of the cost the major company had quoted. He backed up his quote with actual attic photos so I could see for myself what was actually going on. HIRED!!!!! My rats were gone within 3 weeks...... my peace of mind restored. I hired him on continuous service, his rates are just so reasonable. This is a hard working man who works for you and cares about your needs. He went above and beyond the day one of the rats got washed in the laundry machine, he got out his gloves and went piece of piece through my families clothes to get all the the parts of the rat out!!! I cannot recommend Mr Bonny Of Renegade Beez and Pest enough. THANK YOU!!!!!

+ -1 moreHis response time is excellent, usually within 2-3 hours on the day of the request. Depending on the service, we usually see changes and result within a week. We have never had any recurrent issues. We do have monthly service as well.
