+ -1 moreThey came in and went through the house to draw up a contract. They then decided that it wasn't enough so they told me that they did do my area anymore. In the mean time, they broke a lot of stuff. I don't use them anymore. They might be ok for a one time cleaning, but I wouldn't recommend them for regular use. You didn't get the same people coming to you house. Unfortunately, most of them didn't speak English so the communcation was hard. I tried to go through a company instead of an individual, but it didn't work out.
Description of Work: I have used them in the past for house cleaning.

+ -1 moreThey were fantastic. I was completely pleased with them. They will do anything you ask them to do. The rates are pretty reasonable. They were always understanding and the service is good.
Description of Work: They mopped the floors, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchens, and dusted and vacuumed.

+ -1 moreTHEY DON'T REMEMBER THINGS THAT THEY ARE TOLD. THE TIME THEY COME IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MY HUSBAND AND I. WE WOULD GET HOME FROM WORK AND THEY WOULD BE THERE. THEY WANT OUR BUSINESS, BUT THEY AREN'T AS GOOD AT COMING THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.
