Description of Work: Changed out the shower valves that were leaking. It was done quickly and efficiently by a nice, older man. No more leaking tub faucet.

Description of Work: lloyal plumbing is an excellent and responsive plumbing company. he is the only plumber that i let in my house. called lloyals plumbing and told his office that i heard running water in the kitchen sink. i just woke up in the morning and went to the kitchen to fix breakfast. that was when i heard running water in the sink. called lloyal plumbing and told his office that i heard running water and the water was not on. the office said that they will be here by 12 noon. they were very punctual and very professional. lloyal said they have bad news. i was told that we had mutiple slab leaks. he gave us a option that we could do 2 things. we could fix the problem and have problems later, or have the house repiped. we decided to have it repiped. we were told that it would take 3 days to fix. they were here every morning on time and always cleaned up after themselves. he gave us a written estimate before the work and after all the work was done, he charged 500. dollars cheaper. i will always use lloyals plumbing, because he is honest and reasonably priced other plumbing companies charge 20% more. i have used lloyals plumbing for at least 10 years.

Description of Work: This man was referred to me by the local Century 21 office. I had a hot water pipe in my wall break. He said he could leave it capped off since the hot water being blocked was to the washer and a sink in the garage. He was on time for that day and was on time the day he needed to redo the piping. He cut a hole in the wall in my dining room and the garage. He said $500 would be to fix everything. He never patched the walls. The plumbing wasn't run through the wall. It just goes from the hot water heater and into the pipe for the washer. This was about a month ago. This morning I woke up to find a sprinkler gushing water all over my yard. I ran down to the street to turn off the water only to find out the handle is broken. It took me a while, but I did manage to get it turned off. I called the man at 7am. He said he couldn't do anything today. I told him he broke that (since I didn't & no kids around) he needed to come first thing this morning to fix it. He ended telling me someone would be out in a couple hours. He showed up here around 7:30am. Rattled the security door. I thought it was just the wind. Then he shook it like he was trying to break it down. I got up to see what was going on. On my way to the door he started ringing the door bell several times. I answered the door. He said it's fixed and for me to never call again. He knew I was coming out to check it & he shut the gate on me, didn't walk over to see if I felt it was fixed properly. He just drove off. He's very rude. He broke it, I asked him to fix it ASAP since he didn't even come to me to tell me he broke it or he could have easily fixed it when it happened. He didn't want to be late to the job he had scheduled. I told him to call the people and tell them this came up and you'll be there shortly. He didn't want to do that. Very rude person and work not up to standards. I told him he would of had a returning customer if he'd do what he said and not be so rude.
