Description of Work: My over-the-stove microwave that was just over a year old (bought at Lowes) quit on me and I contacted Le Bon Appliances. They just installed my new microwave which has a broil option, which is an upgrade for me and they gave me a great price for a more expensive microwave than I thought I could afford.. The people at Le Bon really know Customer Service and I have nothing but praise for everyone I was in contact with, from the people on the phone to the people who delivered and installed the microwave. Great experience and I will from now on deal with Le Bon. My days of shopping for appliances at the big box stores is over. Le Bon has my business for life.. A few years ago my Dad and I stopped into Le Bon when we were looking for a vacuum cleaner as the store we were looking for on their street apparently had closed. They made calls for us and helped us find a good vacuum cleaner store in the area. They had nothing to gain financially from helping us then and I was really impressed with them (should have bought my appliances from them and not Lowes in the first place. Lesson learned.. You want good old-fashioned customer service and a company that will bend over backwards to make you happy, then Le Bon Appliances in Palmdale is your store!
