SCOTT WARE -JNR REP, TRIED TO BREAK INTO MY HOUSE!!! I HAVE VIDEO! YES, you read that right and i have a multitude of videos and pictures of him speeding off of my driveway! we also have documentation of calling the office to make sure we could schedule at our convenience after the company broke our first deadline. the representative (CRIMINAL), SCOTT WARE, LICENSE#: 981478, tried to break into our back gate to get footage of our yard-- mind you, he peered over the gate and took pictures of my kids' rooms along with our backyard property. when he initially came for the consult, there was no lock on the gate. some comments he made had me to feel uncomfortable (making note that our dog wasn't a guard dog and how unsecured our property was- not in a helpful manner) and i had my husband put up more automated lighting and an extra camera. glad i did! We have all the footage we need. and if you have already hired them and they know where you live, take precaution!! the company has refused all accountability for their employees’ actions. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was told by his superiors to give reason to cancel our contract. Either way, JNR CONDONES THIS BEHAVIOR. Naturally, it doesn't end here, however, be warned!!!! If you have hired them, you are not safe !! There are too many landscaping companies in the av!! CRIMINAL: SCOTT WARE LICENSE#: 981478 stay safe out there y'all!!!

I completely agree with their ad to stop wishing you had a great outdoor living space and do something about it already! Last summer I had bid out all these projects for the yard and only managed to get one done. Additionally, I wanted a sidewalk and landscaping and sprinklers moved, meaning another three companies to find, each one dependent on the other. After changing the sidewalk to a rock dust walkway I was able to get JNR to do all of them together. It took three months from signing the contract to get the work done. They do a good job and work hard although tend to show up randomly. They don't communicate much with me or between departments or with subcontractors, so I had to do some directing, but it turned out well. I'm satisfied with the quality and thrilled that my yard looks good in time for the annual Tehachapi Mountain Festival.

A day after we initiated contact with JNR a company rep came to our home. John was very professional and personable. He listened carefully to what we wanted. He answered our questions thoughtfully and at no time were we ever pressured into anything. Soon after, careful measurements were taken, plans drawn up. During prep and construction, all the workers were diligent and hardworking. The patio came out even better than we expected. We've received numerous compliments. Should we ever have another home improvement need, JNR is the first place we'll contact.

From concrete to landscaping to patio cover, all the guys who worked on site were just great. They listened to my concerns and followed through with any questions I had. They were all very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. Holly and the other ladies who work in the office have been very nice and helpful in getting the job done as well. When there was a question about the patio cover I wanted actually fitting with the back of my house, Jerome, the owner, personally came to the site and we worked out a plan to make it all happen. He was also great at listening my other questions and a few concerns regarding the job. They are also fantastic about following up on any problems that pop up after the work is complete like fixing a blockage in the drip line they installed. Travis came and sorted it all out within an hour and all the plants they installed are very happy. I'm exceptionally happy with the way the whole job was done and wouldn't hesitate to hire JNR for any future work.

Very well. The sales rep was very nice. I actually went into the showroom and got to see a "3D" drawing of what my yard would look like. I thought that was a very nice touch. I really liked that they have a local showroom and especially the design room. It all felt very professional and made me very comfortable.
