Description of Work: They came over and give an estimate on my dryer the come back after the holiday. Came over by friday with the part. while rendering the service a spark came out and found out that the gas line was broken, I asked them to replace/fix it but they refuse to do it.

 + -1 moreI have been fixing our dryer and in this instance, I guess I re-installed the drum and belt incorrectly and it didn't run. They were able to diagnose it fast and reinstalled the drum and belt properly.

Description of Work: Dishwasher was not working. My landlord said use HEM. No choice so I called and Emelio answered. He said $25 to diagnose problem which would be applied to cost if I decided to repair or replace it. So minimum was $25. Dishwasher had a clog drain system. so total would be $65.00, cash or check, to repair. One draw back. Doesn't take credit/debit cards. I thought price resonable and said go ahead. Fixed it in about 20 minutes Emelio is very nice guy. He responded to my call for help quickly and he was on time. Dishwaher works great now. If I have other appliance repair needs, I will call HEM. They, or maybe only he, are clearly a Mom and Pop shop - no web site or e-mail - just a phone number. But, so what? I like Mons and Pops. Hmelio was great, fixed dishwasher at resonable cost, and recommended by landlord. Good Landlords have experience with good and resonable. Glad I took landlord's advise.
